Y2K-Inspired Arena Shooter Don’t Stop, Girlypop! Overview and New Trailer

Developer Funny Fintan Softworks and publisher Kwalee have released a new trailer for the upcoming non-stop arena shooter Don't Stop, Girlypop! A unique game where you do more damage, and heal faster, by never slowing down.

Here's the complete overview of the game as provided by the developer, along with the new gameplay trailer.

About:

Don’t Stop, Girlypop! is a Y2K arena movement shooter that combines the riotous fun of boomer shooter mechanics with advanced contemporary movement abilities. You’ll take on the role of Imber, a half-faerie half-something native of the planet Xyzanthynum. Their planet is being drained of The Love, a vital natural resource keeping the planet alive, by an evil mining company called Tigris Nix.

Armed with firepower, fashion, and love, take down Ormyk drones with a unique wave-hopping mechanic—combining bunny hops, slams, dashes, and double jumps for maximum speed and impact. The faster you move, the more damage you deal and the more you heal! Build momentum and unleash a Y2Killer arsenal where alt-fires synergize for devastating combos.
