Bandai has officially announced their first official Tabletop game, Gundam Assemble.
Gundam Assemble is a game that will be played using 5 CM tall figures, and will have players planning out their strategies as they send their mini figures into battle. Figures will be sold as simplified Gunpla, and can be assembled, customized, and painted to your own liking.
While no further information has been revealed about the rules or how the game is played, they have released a teaser trailer, with full details set to be released at a later time.

GUNDAM ASSEMBLE is a tabletop game that uses approximately 5 cm-sized Gunpla to battles. Each unit has abilities that reflect their unique characteristics, allowing players to enjoy scenarios that follow the original story, or diverge into situations that transcend the world of Mobile Suit Gundam series; thus providing both a sense of recreation and distinct battles.
