Maximilian Dood has announced that Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite & Beyond will launch on December 20th, 2024, and will be free to download.
The large scale fan mod is an expansion for Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite, and will require a Steam installation of the base game to be played. It features a nearly complete overhaul of the game's graphics, brand new game modes, balance changes, new music, and other changes across the entirety of Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite.
It took a team of over 40 dedicated fans to create the mod over a span of eight months, and the result is the best Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite experience to date. As the name suggests, it truly does go "Beyond."
The mod will be downloadable via the official website, but in the meantime those interested in the mod can get a sneak peak by watching the new launch trailer below.
