It's sometimes still hard to believe it's happening. Gundam Breaker 4 is on it's way, and it's coming out in the west! Up until now the Gundam Breaker series has basically been Japan exclusive. It's a series where you get to customize and build your own gunpla, send them into battle, and pretty much just cause mass chaos as you complete your goals. For Gundam fans in the know, each mech part contains all of the functions you come to know and expect from the multiple Gundam series, and that allows you to create some really unique combinations! Want to use the 00 Seven sword's swords? Simply equip the leg piece and enjoy your new arsenal! Want to use iconic moves like Shining Finger? Use the Shining Gundam's arms! The series is crazy fast paced, tons of customization options, and you get to play through a wide verity of missions either alone or with online co-op.
While Gundam Breaker 3 did release in English, it wasn't released in the West. The only Gundam Breaker to release here was "New Gundam Breaker" and... Let's just say it's not even the same game. (We also received the mobile title, which unfortunately shut down.)
Anyway, that's enough rambling out of me! GB4 is a return to GB's glory days, and we now have an official release date: August 29th, 2024! It will release for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and for PC.
