This is a little bit of old news by now, but I still felt it was worth sharing. Granblue Fantasy Versus now has an official English release date. Originally a place holder date for this month could be found on most online stores, but now that has been updated to March 3rd (the day Final Fantasy VII was to be released before it was delayed). Along with this announcement comes the first fully English trailer for the game, featuring the game's English voice acting. Those of you who have played Arc System Works games in the past should recognize most of these voices, but long time players of the mobile game might find it sounds a bit weird. But hey, that's what happens after spending years playing in Japanese!

As for those of you who are new to the series, why not check out the original browser game? Simply set your language to English, and you're good to go. Just keep in mind that it's mainly a visual novel where you'll spend a lot of time reading and watching, with turn based RPG battles in between. To play just head on over to their official website on either your desktop PC or mobile device. If visual novels aren't your thing, you can also check out the anime adaptation of the early days of the game. It is currently streaming on Netflix, Hulu, and Crunchyroll.
