I'm sure many of you have already heard the sad news... Monty Oum, the guy behind some of the best animated fight scenes you'll ever see, and the creator of RWBY has sadly passed away at the age of 33... You know? I've seen a lot of tragedy over the past couple of years, but never once did I think this would be something I'd write about. Monty was amazingly talented, he had his whole life ahead of him, and quite a few of us here at NGR were fans of his work. He did things I personally will never understand, he blew me away time and time again, and although I didn't know him personally -- I will really miss him. I know what it's like to lose someone, and I just wanted to say that my thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. But you know, in a way, Monty will always live on. He accomplished so much in his life, and his fans will NEVER forget him. Red vs Blue will continue on, RWBY will always be there, and his other works will constantly keep him alive in all of our memories. No matter what, he'll always be there, and his legacy will live on.
Rest in Peace Monty.
Rest in Peace Monty.
