Now that Facebook owns the Oculus, some gamers may be wondering just what will happen to the games in development for it? Well, we can't say for sure, but Minecraft's creator was quick to say that their "possible" Oculus release has been canceled.
We were in talks about maybe bringing a version of Minecraft to Oculus. I just cancelled that deal. Facebook creeps me out.

Although this is just one of the games in the works/planned for the Oculus, who is to say that others won't soon follow? Facebook has always been a platform for everything social, and it is a place where "die hard" or your "standard" game doesn't seem to make it. With Facebook's plans to turn the Oculus into a social platform as well, there are sure to be more games dropping from its line up as time goes on.
