Last week DICE announced that the PlayStation 4 version of Battlefield 4 would be getting a major patch. This patch was said to fix major issues with the PS4 version which made some sections of the game "unplayable," and others just flat out "unfair." From random crashes, to bullets doing incorrect amounts of damage, the patch was going to fix it all (or at least the majority of the issues), and make the game what it should have been at launch. Well, that patch has now been pushed back.
According to a post on their official forums, "the PS4 game update that was originally meant to go live Dec 3 is undergoing some additional testing and will be rescheduled for a later date. [We] will get back with final details as soon as we have verification that the update is good to go."
With that being said, no other information has been released concerning this issue. On the plus side the first DLC pack "China Rising" (which can be downloaded for free thanks to a voucher included with the physical copy) was released today. This DLC features new areas and vehicles, as well as a set of brand new trophies. At least there's some good news!
