Microsoft has now officially announced the release date of the Xbox One. Up until now, all we've known is that the console will hit the shelves sometime before the holiday season at the end of the year. Well, it turns out the exact date will be November 22nd, 2013 in the US; just a few days after the launch of the PlayStation 4 on November 15th, 2013.
The Xbox One will cost $499.99, and have 23 games on the shelves at launch. Although the Xbox One will be hitting store shelves this year for much of the world, quite a few countries will actually be left in the dark until 2014. These countries include Finland, Russia, Sweden, as well as a few others.
