Hey everyone, how's it going? Today I would like to share some news with you guys, and also keep you updated on what has been going on lately. Now as you know I and the other writers have been working on a top 10 list that will be published here, as well as on a few other gaming sites; however that isn't the only thing that is currently in the works. While our top 10 list is nearing completion, I have also started a brand new mini series of reviews; one which I have actually already posted two reviews for!
Although at this moment I cannot announce which games will be included in this mini series, I can tell you that two games have already been reviewed: Tomb Raider, and Liberation Maiden. As you might have guessed, this mini series focuses on games with female protagonists, and it will include games both new and old.
So, why did I decide to start this mini series you might ask? Well really, the answer is quite simple. You see most games on the market tend to focus on male protagonists, and they normally show females as being either just side characters, or the character that needs to be saved; however there are quite a few games out there were this isn't the case. The truth is, there's actually quite a few great games out there with strong female leads, and I just wanted to share a few of them with the world. Personally I find them to be a refreshing change from what we normally see, and I'm sure a lot of others feel the same way.
Now keep in mind that just because I'm starting a new review series, it doesn't mean that the old series will be canceled. My other review series, such as my GCN Classic Reviews, are still in fact being worked on, and I can say that you should expect to see a new addition to at least one of them very soon. Once again I can't really go into the details, but I hope you all look forward to whats to come!
Well anyway, I just wanted to give you guys the heads up, and also let you know that you can expect to see the next review in this new series very soon. Really the next review may go live late tonight, or early tomorrow morning; really it's hard to say.... Still I would like to thank all of you for your support, and I would like to thank you all for reading my reviews as well! Over the past few months I've gotten quite a lot of great feed back, and I just wanted to let you all know that I really appreciate the input! ^_^
